En la placa metálica frontal “Al Maestro Guerrero, recuerdo de la 1000 representación de su opereta 5 minutos nada menos”. En el interior etiquetas “A37458 22-2-51”, “m-17072 5-6-56” y “Relojería Joyería Abantos. Servicio técnico. Tlf. 8904142. S. L. Escorial”. La última de ella quizá corresponde al último arreglo encargado por Juan González Guerrero, incluyendo cambio de mecanismo.

¡5 minutos nada menos!, opereta con texto de José Muñoz Román, estrenada en el Teatro Martín el 21 de enero de 1944, es una de las obras fundamentales en el catálogo de Guerrero. Con motivo de las 1.000 representaciones sobre el mismo escenario, se fabricaron varios relojes conmemorativos. El dedicado a Guerrero es el que aquí se conserva.
